Some scientists claim that the Vitamin B-4 no longer exists.  If B-4 no longer exists, then neither does other B-vitamins, as all B-vitamins need B-4 to function.  If B-4 is no longer around, where is it now?  HERBAL VITAMIN B-4^™ consists of five base factors:  cytosine, guranine, adenine, thymine and uracil among others. Essential Fatty Acids

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are also referred to as Vitamin F, but are more commonly classified as fats and not vitamins.  They are necessary for every cell of the body — rebuilding and producing new cells — yet our bodies cannot manufacture them.   

Vitamin F (EFAs) are divided into two basic categories:  Omega-3 and Omega-6 EFAs.  Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fats, one of the four types our bodies get from food or supplements.  The others are:

Fish oils undergo molecular distillation and deodorization to rid the oil of harsh odors and contaminants.  The oil is heated to 320°F, which degrades and reduces the health benefits.  When Omega-grade fish oils start to smell or taste fishy, it has oxidized (spoiled) and is unfit for human consumption. 

By heating fish oil (which is naturally high in EFAs) the high temperature actually increases oxidation and changes the chemical structure from beneficial to toxic.
